FOR THE HORSE SHOW MANAGER, TEAM or FACILITY
Grand Slam Equestrian worked with the Brass Ring at Devon Horse Show since its inception and the inaugural Oktoberfest at Devon show in 2020. Nina has also managed several IEA Horse Shows at Wyndsor Farm under the Grand Slam Equestrian name during the 2016 & 2017 IEA seasons.
Managing a horse show of this magnitude is no easy feat, especially at the prestigious Devon Show Grounds. The greatest honor was working alongside George Spellman at Devon. George was the guy that made everything behind the scenes happen, the 'Devon Magic' as its called. Wearing his iconic red shirt and donning his contagious smile, George's presence is truly missed by all who knew him from his days at Devon.
Over the years Nina fulfilled many duties which included roles pertaining to: Social Media, Marketing & Advertising, Stabling Manager, Hay & Shavings Sales, Ribbons & Awards, hiring Judges, Announcers, and other essential staff such as emergency medical personnel, exhibitor hospitality, and coordinating food vendors.
As a farm manager operating her business, Nina helped multiple property owners sell. Through careful management of fields, fencing, and facilities, owners were able to receive a return on investment. Properties have been cared for as if they were her own.
