CORDISCO
Disco was the third horse we welcomed to our string of horses in August of 2022. Disco is named after a family friend, John Cordisco, former fire chief of a local fire company.
Disco was owned jointly by his racing trainer, is exceptionally well bred, and retired from racing after 31 starts. Disco competed at the 2021 RETIRED RACEHORSE PROJECT (RRP) in Kentucky in Eventing with a junior rider prior to joining us. He has shown in hunters and dressage since joining the Grand Slam Equestrian family and attended several trail rides with us as well. Disco has won the THOROUGHBRED INCENTIVE PROGRAM (TIP) Award at almost every Dressage show he has attended in the last three years.
